The shot opens on ATW Backstage Interviewer, Pandora, just about to waltz into the basement training room of Adam Nedman. As she walks in, she sees him sitting cross-legged, in something resembling the lotus position on one of the mats on the floor, wearing only his usual long, training shorts, apparently deep in meditation. She walks over to him but he doesn't move a muscle. She gives him a playful nudge with the toe of her high-heeled shoe and he doesn't even bat an eyelid.

Nedman: What do you want Pandora?

Pandora: How did you know it was me?

Nedman: I recognised your scent coming down the corridor.

Pandora: Aw, that's so sweet.

Nedman: Not really, your aroma of cherry blossom and promiscuity is unmistakable.

She kicks him again, less playfully this time, but he remains unmoved.

Pandora: You're hardly one to judge, especially after last week's performance.

Nedman: Consider that an aberration. Put it down to hormones or endorphines or whatever. I am pleased to announce that we now return to your regularly scheduled Nedman.

Pandora: So I see. Anyway, are you ready for Kyrax?

Nedman: I don't know what that is.

Pandora: He's your opponent tonight, genius.

Nedman: Oh, in that case, I had better get ready for Kyrax.

He stands up, turning away from Pandora and walks over to a bench, where he picks up a towel and places it round his neck.

Nedman: Show yourself out.

Pandora leaves as the shot fades out.
