Super is sparring with Arctic Terror doing some kicks then Arctic Terror perform a head takedown to Super, Super makes some Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu technique to sweep Arctic Terror down and ends the sparring with a nicely executed Ankle Lock making Arctic Terror tap.
