We're shown a back corridor in the ATW arena. Pandora is leaning up against a door with her left ear pressed to the door listening. Loud thumps and raised voices can be heard from inside. Pandora's eyes raise in fear and she jumps back from the door as it's thrown open from the other side. Hack3r steps out in to the corridor with a face like thunder. He begins to storm away. Pandora shouts his name in an attempt to get his attention but fails. She finally rushes to catch up with him and places her hand on his shoulder. He abruptly stops, twists his body and pushes her in to the wall violently. She hits it at an awkward angle then slumps to the floor. Hack3r appears to be contemplating leaving her there but decides against this. He kneels down and begins to help her to her feet, all the while apologising.
-
Hack3r: I really am sorry. I'd never hit a girl under normal circumstances. I'm just under a lot of stress.
-
Pandora's breathing is still laboured from the collision with the wall.
-
Pandora: You ... better ... not ... do ... it ... again. All ... I ... wanted ... to ... do ... was ... ask ... you ... a ... question.
-
The Brit rolls his eyes then rubs them with the palms of his hands.
-
Hack3r: Fine. Shoot. I guess I owe you that much.
-
The interviewer bends over clutching her stomach for a second but then stands at full height.
-
Pandora: Your tag match against Era and Jack. You lost. Not Travis, he didn't lose. YOU lost ... against Jack no less in a submission hold. What's up with that?
-
Hack3r: I don't need to explain myself to you. If that's all you had to ask then I should of just left you on the floor.
-
He spins on his heel and once again begins to storm away but Pandora grabs his shoulder before he can put any real distance between them.
-
Pandora: I could tell our boss how his star champion brutally attacked the best interviewer there is OR you could give me a second of your time, give an interview and keep your job. What's your choice?
-
Hack3r stares deep in to her eyes and she returns the glare. The two keep their gazes locked for several seconds but finally the world champion relents.
-
Hack3r: Truth be told we went in to that match disadvantaged. I'd never use my full power on a woman. Even in the ring.
-
Pandora: That explains Era but not Jack.
-
Hack3r: It covers Jack too.
-
A smirk crosses her face slightly.
-
Pandora: Funny one. That's not going to fly though. What really happened?
-
Hack3r looks up and down the corridor then leans in close to Pandora and begins to whisper his answer. The microphone doesn't catch what he said.
-
Pandora: SO you're telling me that you decided to tap out ON PURPOSE just to get the match finished? JUST so you could go and get some beers? What kind of man are you? Wait. What kind of champion are you?
-
The champ sighs to himself.
-
Hack3r: It wasn't a title match. Our championships weren't in danger. We were tired. We didn't want to fight so yeah, I threw the match. If anything it'll work to our advantage. Jack's going to go in to his title match against my partner thinking he can beat us when in fact, he can't. False confidence is a great weapon.
-
Pandora opens her mouth to continue the interview but Hack3r places his index finger on her lips to silence her. He then walks away quickly. This time Pandora lets him go and laughs quietly to herself as the camera fades.
